Foam-Control Max GPS Is Next Generation Insulation Product
Foam-Control Max graphite polystyrene (GPS) is comprised of many small pockets of air within a polymer matrix containing graphite. The graphite reflects radiant heat energy like a mirror, increasing the material’s resistance to heat flow. Foam-Control Max achieves an R5 (R-value) at 1-1/16” making it nearly identical to XPS materials at 1” thickness while offering a material savings cost of up to 30% over XPS.
High-Performance Building Envelope Vertical Applications:
Wall Sheathing
Crawl Space Insulation
Precast Concrete Cores
IFS
Stucco Systems
Foam-Control Max GPS is a next generation insulation product line with a maximum R-value powered by graphite that delivers the highest R-value per dollar of any rigid foam insulation.
